【心得感想】 接續 Rock of Ages (搖滾年代) 電影原聲帶經典歌曲, 接著第十九首要分享的是出自英團 Def Leppard 的 1987 年暢銷專輯 Hysteria 中第三首主打歌 Pour Some Sugar on Me, 這歌是 Def Leppard 第一首打入熱門排行榜 (Billboard Hot 100) top 10 歌曲, 最高到第 2 名, 卻意外只在主流搖滾排行榜 (Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks) 獲得第 25 名, 搖滾歌曲在熱門榜的成績比在自己搖滾榜成績更好, 像同張專輯中另一首主打歌 Love Bites 也一樣, 在熱門榜冠軍, 但在搖滾榜只得到第 3 名, 這還真是驗證當時搖滾樂就是等同於流行樂. 專輯 Hysteria 整體銷售成績還不錯, 同時獲得英, 美, 加, 澳等地區專輯榜冠軍.
電影 Rock of Ages 當中有出現 Def Leppard 前一張專輯在 1983 的歌曲 Rock of Ages, 只可惜沒被收錄在此電影原聲帶中, 否則是更名符其實的 Rock of Ages 了. Pour Some Sugar on Me 這歌被 VH1 在 2006 節目列為 1980s 年代最熱門百大 (100 Greatest Songs of the 80's) 第 2 名.
